Cooperate with UI/UX expert to create clean interfaces and simple, intuitive interactions and experiences. Designed microservice-oriented architecture for express delivery service (similar to FedEx or DHL, but with Uber-like driver policy). With dev team prototyped mobile applications (.NET MAUI) for company drivers and the final customers. Created pipelines for deployment of micro-services and for building package dependencies. Lead dev team while implementing MVP and later beta-version of the product.

Helped dev team to conduct a cut-off migration from an old proprietary self-hosted solution written in Java to a rewritten solution consisting of Java microservices, FIHR server with Kafka. Written and executed E2E performance tests on legacy and new solution using BlazeMeter. Introduced and vulnerability detection (via Jenkins + HCL AppScan). Added more CI/CD processes to the development process.

Designed microservice-oriented architecture for the new solution customer wanted to develop. Designed and implemented (code-first) all databases, log ingestion, health and readiness checks, monitoring, backup. Created CD/CD pipelines from per-micro-service and per-package repositories for deployment of micro-services via Azure DevOps, Azure Container Registry and Helm, as well as ensured correct SemVer versioning of NuGet packages, pushed to a private NuGet feed. Lead dev team during a complete rewrite of an existing monolithic desktop product coupled with PHP micro-services and multiple CRMs as a cloud-native micro-services. Managed a team of 10+ members (QA, BA, UI/UX, PM), set up code review, static code analysis and other best practices, mentored devs. Implemented a ChatGPT-based solution for categorization of 1M+ products in an electronic Catalog. Rewritten previously created ChatGPT solution and saved $50k+ on OpenAI fees by implementing a simpler self-hosted solution using Machine Learning (trained and deployed an ML.NET model) (trained a classifier model using competitors public data). Created a proprietary UI toolkit in Blazor (server-side and later WASM). Developed an AR/VR solution for virtual exhibitions during COVID-19 pandemic using Three.js for AR/VR and Jitsi for videoconferencing and SignalR for moderation and automated matchmaking.

Started an outsourcing / out staffing company from scratch. Lead a team composed of a UI/UX, BA, PM and 8 Software Developers. Delivered on many projects using Agile (Scrum) methodology. Offered comprehensive SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) model for both legacy and completely new applications.

Custom WordPress plugin development, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery. Created a hi-load geo-distributed systems with heavy usage of caching (e.g. during deployment process visitors saw cached content with some widgets requiring back-end being temporarily disabled). Web development: created modern PHP OOP applications for business process automation. Migrated legacy CRM to a new one, create dozens of custom modules and integrations. Developed a client-server desktop application (Project Document Manager) with complex set of privileges for read and write-access, it allowed sales managers to create quotations and later (in the office) to synchronize them to a server + get new content created by others (if user had proper access to them). In 2014-2015 code-reviewed and mentored Junior devs. Windows and Linux system administration. Pre-sales activities and 2nd level tech. support.
